To all you lovely foodies, cooks, nature lovers and gift givers, we raise our glass (of home brewed elderflower champagne, or potentially hawthorn brandy or even sloe gin… mmm, decisions, decisions)!
Here at Boggle Lane Foods, we are just wild about the Wolds. It really is a treasure trove of natural food gorgeousness. We lovingly create and prepare our products from yummy ingredients with absolutely no nasty additives or mass produced awfulness, because we know that’s just the way you like it.
We source our amazing ingredients locally, including heritage vegetables (yes even wonky carrots!), gorgeous and aromatic plants and berries from the local hedgerows and woods (provided by Mother Nature herself), and of course, succulent, flavour-packed meat, cheeses and eggs from our lovely local farmers whose animals enjoy a lifetime of cavorting on rolling hills and pastures.
We spend our time hunting the beautiful Wolds to gather the most delicious morsels just for you. Working closely with our carefully chosen and like-minded suppliers, we create food that makes every mouthful a celebration.

THE FOUNDER
Nikki
In a world of uniformity and mass production, taste seems to have got lost. Have you ever heard someone say, “Things tasted so much nicer when I was a child”?
Those were indeed the days. Now, you might struggle to find wonky vegetables and plump fruit that smells or tastes the way you remember, or to know exactly where the meat, cheese or eggs on the supermarket shelves are coming from.
Real taste comes from natural sources, from animals, vegetables, plants and berries which grow outdoors in fresh country air. Living and working in the Wolds, an area of outstanding natural beauty inspires Nikki to share the wonders it has on offer.
She believes every meal should be a celebration of taste and goodness, so she puts her heart and soul into finding ingredients and creating dishes from natural sources and caring suppliers. An experienced cook who has even been trained in Italian rustic dishes, she’s passionate about food and nature and the unbreakable link between the two, and knows the importance of using ingredients that are local, free range, high welfare and natural.
Nikki grows and forages for natural plants, herbs, berries and fruit, and works with real artisans, local farmers and suppliers who are proud of their produce and really care about the way their animals are reared, the countryside and its resident wildlife.
She says: “The Wolds is a precious jewel in the English countryside which we should preserve and I want to do everything to protect it and promote the fantastic farmers, food and nature this area has to offer. Boggle Lane Foods is all about providing real taste and goodness to all!”
