We love Amy Jobe’s Lincoln Russet Beef!
We love cooking with Lincoln Russet beef because of its impeccable quality and taste. Amy Jobe, is the proud owner of a herd of pedigree Lincoln Red cattle which she keeps on her farm in the beautiful rolling chalk hills of the Lincolnshire Wolds, near Louth in Lincolnshire. She is the fourth generation of livestock and arable farmers and uses traditional, non-intensive rearing methods and excellent animal husbandry, to keep her animals happy - and this produces exceptional beef. Amy does not subscribe to bland, mass-produced meat and puts a lot of love into raising slow growing and grass-fed Lincoln Red cattle.
